Just wondered if anyone has had any experience of moving from nasopharangeal airways to CPAP. Have just been told that my little girl still needs help to keep her airway open whilst she is asleep. She copes very well with the nasopharangeal airway but as she is now 3 the hospital (GOSH in London) want us to think about CPAP. We have been warned that it can be very difficult for some children to get used to so any advice/tips would be appreciated?
