A restriction has been placed on members sending e-mails via the forum; a member must achieve a certain level of activity (i.e they must reach a given number of forum posts) before thay can send e-mails to other members. This restriction is necessary to discourage spammers and is for the protection of legitimate members. Anyone found to be involved in sending spam will have their membership revoked.

Members should know that their e-mail address is hidden and is consequently not visible to others and is not in danger of being compromised.

Definition of Spam: Unsolicited Bulk (as in sent to multiple individuals) Email
Definition of Spamming: The sending of Unsolicited Bulk Email
